Begin to notice subtle signals that seem to be directing you in a certain path; and register them in your journal. In six month come back to your notes to gain perspective.
Go for a walk in nature to soothe the mind. Remain silent and pick up a nice bunch of flowers as you walk through the field. Once at home, arrange your flowers in simple small vases, water glasses or jam jars.
