This quote of Al Munoz is one the best advice on this matter: “If you're not happy in life then you need to change, calibrate, readjust... flush your negative energy and fill it with positive energy.” You might have to deal with being a little uncomfortable, and that’s okay. Those limiting beliefs in your head are trying to keep you in your comfort zone, but there’s no growth. A shift in our minds about the way we live our everyday life, can make a big difference.
