Self-worth comes from one thing - thinking that you are worthy.
One of the keys to be able to reach our goals and face life with more poise is to be aware of our worthiness. When we are conscious about our self-worth we are more likely to gain happiness from life; and our ability to cope with whatever life brings is increased. So, the question here is, how we can be more aware of our self-worth?
The first step to realizing our self-worth is recognizing that little mean voice inside our head. Melissa Ambrosini call it mastering your mean girl, because without our intention to become skilled at it, our own thoughts, most of the time, are putting us down. If we let that inner voice untamed, it drives us to develop a low self-esteem and cast self-doubt onto ourselves. It’s our own mind that develop that feeling that we aren’t worthy.
Here are ten simple ways to change this pattern and activate the process of appreciating our worthiness:
Your worthiness never relates to anything outside of yourself. You can always find it within. Dig deeper and enjoy the journey!
The power of intuitive understanding will protect you from harm until the end of your days
When it comes to intuition, there’s a lot of details, points and experiences I would love to share with you. In fact, I edited this post several times. Then, I realized it doesn’t matter how much I write about it, intuition starts with inner recognition. So, I asked myself, how I define intuition and from there, how I could inspire others to live a more intuitive life. Hence, this post.
Dean Koontz defined intuition as “seeing with the soul” and Rumi as the “voice that doesn’t use words”. For me, intuition is certainty without certainty. It may sound contradictory, but being intuitive is knowing despite there’s insufficient or no evidence for our assertion. Even when our rational mind can’t explain it, our inner guidance knows best.
You have all the answers and resources you need. You’re the expert in your life. Today I’m here to encourage awareness of your inner voice through the following questions.
Quiet your mind and listen your soul leading you. Invite guidance and clarity, and trust your insights. What is your soul whispering? Pay attention and learn to really listen.
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." ~Albert Einstein
